PRIDE WOD

PRIDE WODs will be a new monthly program at CrossFit Bridge & Tunnel!

Once a month we host a Pride WOD. This will be a chance to celebrate and center the queer athletes in our community and invite new people who might be looking for a welcoming space.
The workouts will be about 75 minutes, feature favorite barbell and gymnastic movements, and a lot of partner work. We will have scaling options for people new to CrossFit, and no previous CrossFit experience will be required. After we sweat, we'll stick around for a hang.Workouts will be programmed and run by Coach Kev.


Did you know?
In recent studies and reporting, LGBTQ people have been shown to be disproportionally more at risk for chronic heart disease than other individuals. We believe participating in a fitness community like ours is one of the best ways to combat chronic illness for the long term.


 

 

Pride Workouts are every month on the 4th Sunday at 11:30AM

🌈 Your first class is free 🌈
Drop-ins are $30 after that but please speak to Coach Kev about sliding scale as needed.

CFBT members may attend as part of their membership. If you have a limited membership, it will count as one of your classes for the week.
