Nutrition Support
Our nutrition program begins with a 6 week course where you learn to monitor your own eating habits while gaining an understanding of the relationship between food, sleep, hydration, and energy. At the onset of the course you’ll do an InBody Scan. An InBody Scan will give you an accurate look at body fat, lean muscle mass, basal metabolic weight, water retention, and muscle mass in your arms, legs, and trunk. Once you know your biometrics, we are able to formulate a plan based on what YOU need to help you achieve the results you are looking for!
At CrossFit Bridge & Tunnel we believe that success creates motivation, not the other way around. Only focusing on the number you see on the scale can set you up for failure. By looking at your body composition, you will get a closer look at the entire picture. Since muscle weighs more than fat, if you are building muscle and losing fat the number on the scale may stay the same.
After the initial six week course, you’ll continue working with one of our qualified coaches as you move towards your goals.
Nutrition guidance can be purchased as an add-on to your regular membership package or as a standalone if you are not a member at our gym.
