Our Facility
Our newly designed facility on George Street combines a comfortable workout space with plenty of space for all athletes and minimal equipment sharing. Our state-of-the-art gym offers all of the latest equipment, digital technology to track your progress, a library of education materials, lounge area and shower.
We offer CrossFit classes with workouts designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes. Our workouts are carefully modified to meet your personal needs and goals.
Outside of CrossFit we offer weekly Strongman and Functional Bodybuilding classes with Head Coach Anthony Musemici, Barbell Class with Coach John Martin, and Yoga with Community Member Radha Singh.
