Feeling a little tense after a long week of work or training? Join our community for Yoga!
CrossFit Bridge & Tunnel is offers Yoga as a complimentary sport to our typical weight training and gymnastics. During Yoga practice our teachers lead athletes through breathing, stretching and balancing movements that train their bodies in new and familiar ways. Teachers ask their athletes to spend class listening to their bodies and understanding the flow, or breathing with movement that occurs.

What is Yoga?
There are several different varieties of Yoga studios and gyms offer. Our teachers are trained in Vinyasa (Sanskrit for “to place in a special way”), where continuous movement is linked with breath which produces flow. Your flow is the continuous movement. Our classes also incorporate movements that are common to CrossFit and complement the programming of other classes in the previous week.
Is the class open to non-members?
Yes! Our Yoga class is open to the community. Come once or many times. We are happy to have you. You can sign up here.
Do I need to bring anything to my first class?
Our yoga class is BYOM (bring your own mat), but we have extra communal mats and blocks that you can borrow during class.
Community Yoga takes place every Sunday at 11:30am.
Yoga is free and open to all members and non-members.
