6 WEEK REBOOT
WHAT IS IT?
It's not JUST a nutrition challenge! Over the next 6 weeks you will focus on your hydration, class attendance, sleep, recovery, and philanthropy.
HOW DO I ENTER?
It's a $20 buy-in to enter. Your day's work will be entered on our Google doc and imported from WODify. WODify data will be updated daily. Your Google data must be entered by Sunday night for the previous week.
HOW DO I GET POINTS?
DIET
There are four meal periods in a day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snack. Each meal period will be judged separately as Rx+, Rx, Scaled or Cheat.
Rx+ (+5) No dairy, sugar, some natural sweeteners, legumes, white potatoes, wheat, rice, breads, pastas, corn, artificial ingredients. You may have ghee, cocoa powder, 100% raw unsweetened chocolate, limited natural sweeteners, 1 whey protein supplement with no added sugar per day, 1 glass of wine per day.
Rx (+3) No wheat, sugar, corn, fruit juices, most alcohol, breads, pastas, artificial ingredients. You may have quinoa, whey protein supplements, rice, oatmeal (not instant), legumes, natural sweeteners, some alcohol, most dairy (natural), caffeinated supplements, whey protein supplements.
Scaled (+2) No wheat/whole wheat, sugar, soda, juice from concentrate, candy, meal replacement products, and artificial ingredients. You may have all other grains, some alcohol, all fruit, starchy vegetables, natural sweeteners, dairy, legumes, lemon/lime juice, caffeinated supplements, whey protein supplements
Cheat (+1) Exactly what it sounds like.
SLEEP
Getting 8+ hours of sleep (+3)
Getting 6-8 hours of sleep (+2)
HYDRATION
Drinking 48-64 oz of water, juice or tea per day (+2)
Drinking 24-47 oz (+1)
COMING TO CROSSFIT (+2)

WHAT ABOUT WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENTS?
We will take your bodyweight, body fat percentage and girth measurements at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks. These numbers will not be directly used to award points; they are for your information and assessment only.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF IT'S WORKING?
The first week of the challenge we will do three benchmark workouts. We will do them again after the completion of the challenge (a.k.a. Week 7). Your results should speak for themselves.

WHAT DOES THE WINNER GET?
We will have a male winner and a female winner. They'll split a cash prize based on the number of entries and a FREE MONTH's membership. Second place will get a FREE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION with the coach of your choice.
